摘要:
為了進一步提高連續管在油田現場的使用價值和經濟效益,設計了一種連續管全位置自動對接焊(自動TIG焊)工藝。采用該焊接工藝對Φ38.1 mm×3.4 mm規格CT80連續管進行了管-管對接焊,并對其焊接接頭的強度、塑性、硬度及疲勞壽命進行了檢測。檢測結果表明,采用該焊接工藝獲得的連續管管-管對焊接頭,其內外焊縫成形良好,具有優良的強塑性和抗彎曲變形能力,具有較高的疲勞壽命,能滿足作業現場的使用要求。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the usage value and economic benefit of coiled tubing in oil field, a kind of all-position automatic butt welding process(automatic TIG welding) was designed. By using this welding technology to conduct pipe-pipe butt welding for Φ38.1 mm × 3.4 mm CT80 coiled tubing, and the strength of the welded joint, plasticity, hardness, and fatigue life were tested. Test results showed that for the coiled tubing pipe-pipe butt welding joint obtained by this welding technology, the inside and outside welds are well formed, the weld joints possess good plasticity and strong ability to resist bending deformation, can meet usage requirements in working site.
