摘要:
為了攻克海洋生產立管應力單根的設計和制造技術,建立了應力單根的理論模型,采用材料力學經典理論推導了應力單根結構設計和強度校核公式,給出了應力單根的設計和計算方法,建立了三維有限元分析模型。有限元計算結果表明,最大應力出現在應力單根最上端的外表面,按照相關標準進行強度校核,結果滿足標準要求。同時介紹了應力單根常用的材料及其適用范圍、應力單根焊接方法、深孔加工設備等制造工藝以及應力單根內外表面的防腐措施。
Abstract:
In order to conquer the design and manufacture technology of the marine production riser in marine production, the theoretical model of the stress single riser is established, the formula of the stress single riser structure design and the strength check is deduced by using the classical theory of the material mechanics, and the design and calculation method of the stress single riser are given. A three-dimensional finite element analysis model is established. The results of the finite element calculation show that the maximum stress appears on the outer surface at the top of the stress single riser and intensity check results meet the standard requirement. The materials and the application range for the stress single riser are introduced, the welding method of the stress single riser and the deep-hole processing equipment are studied, and the anti-corrosion measures for the internal and external surfaces of the stress single riser are discussed.
